Terms & Conditions

1. The accommodation is to be used only by the persons named on the Booking Form and cannot exceed four persons in the Cottage or Lodge, two persons in the Studio, including infants and babies.
2. Sorry no pets allowed.
3. We accept bookings from families and couples only.
4. Check in time is from 3 pm on day of arrival and check out time 10 am on day of departure
5. A £100 non refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance being due four weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
6. The accommodation must be paid for in full before the keys are handed over.
7. A £50 refundable Bond is charged against breakages/damage and is returned by cheque after the accommodation has been checked and cleaned.  Should there be any breakages or damage the cost will be deducted accordingly.
8. The Cottage and Lodge are non-smoking.
9. Cancellations must be notified in writing.  Refunds are made as follows:-
   More than 10 weeks from start of holiday – 100% less £100 Deposit. 
   More than 8 weeks from start of holiday – 50% less £100 Deposit. 
   Less than 6 weeks from start of holiday  -  No refund.
