Terms & Conditions
- The apartment is to be used only by the persons named on the booking form and cannot exceed six persons, including infants and babies.
- Sorry but we do not allow pets.
- We only accept bookings from families and couples.
- Check in time is 3 pm and check out time 10 am.
- A £100 non refundable deposit is to be paid at the time of booking with the balance being due four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. In the case of late bookings the balance is to be paid cash only on arrival.
- The apartment must be paid for in full before the keys are handed over.
- A £100 refundable Bond is charged against breakages/damage and is returned by cheque after the apartment has been checked and cleaned.
- For the purpose of maintenance and cleaning the Proprietor reserves the right to enter the apartment at any time, whether you are present or not.
- Island Point are NON SMOKING apartments.
- Car parking is limited to one space per apartment; you must park in the allocated numbered parking bay.
- The proprietors shall not be liable to any persons for personal injury or loss or damage to property, however caused or sustained.
- No washing is to be dried over the walls or balconies of the apartments. Please use the rotary line in the communal garden or the clothes airer provided in the apartment.
- Please keep the noise level down, particularly at night, in consideration of other occupants.
- Notification of Cancellation must be given in writing. Refunds are made as follows:-
More than 8 weeks from holiday commencement date – 100% less £100 deposit
More than 4 weeks from holiday commencement date – 50% less £100 deposit
Less than 4 weeks from holiday commencement date – NO REFUND
- Non Arrival. Failure to take up occupancy by 6 pm without prior arrangement will be deemed a cancellation and all monies paid forfeited. In the event of unforeseen delay you must notify us before 6 pm.
